Firebird Aviation is located on the field at Mineral Wells, Texas. (MWL) Mineral Wells is approximately 50 nautical miles west of the DFW Maverick VOR; about 20 miles outside the Class-B ring. Local navaid Millsap (MQP). Both runways, 31/13 and 35/17 are hard-surfaced. Always check NOTAMs for current field conditions and potentially active TFRs in and around the DFW area.
