Aviation is owned and operated by Darrell Morgan and located in Mineral
Wells, Texas. (Click

Darrell has been flying for over 35 years in various capacities, including military and commercial. He enjoys working in his immaculate shop on the field at Mineral Wells.
Darrell built one of Van's earlier RV-4s and flew it for several years before deciding to build an RV-7. His current project is about 50% complete and he also owns a beautifully restored Cessna 140, (which is a lot of fun to fly).
Firebird Aviation is dedicated to providing quality services to the Experimental Aviation community. Darrell is committed to the idea that Experimental Aviation can continue to make advancements in materials, technology, and design and can continually improve its overall safety record through an intelligent approach to maintenance and operation.
